1. Kilwins

With over 75 years in business and locations all across the country, Kilwins has been sourcing its ingredients from local farms. They use only the highest quality products, so you can be sure that your homemade ice cream is as delicious as it is creamy. Plus, you can top your treat with fresh-made waffle cones, sprinkles, hot fudge, and other fun toppings! So head on over to Kilwins and get your taste buds ready for a treat!

2. Palmetto Dunes General Store

Cool off with a sweet treat at the General Store at the entrance to Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. Their ice cream machine has the classic soft serve flavors: vanilla, chocolate and swirl. From June to August of 2022, the General Store served up a grand total of 38,382 ice cream & icees! That’s a lot of frozen fun.

3. The Ice Cream Cone

The Ice Cream Cone in Coligny Plaza tradition and has been serving the island and its visitors since 1971. They boast over 78, hand-scooped flavors, signature sundaes and homemade waffle cones. The Ice Cream Cone also offers chocolate and vanilla non-dairy soft serve, specialty items, such as Blueberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt, Malts, Banana Splits & Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches! They even have Pineapple, Strawberry, or Twist Dole Whip vegan options.

4. Tanger Outlets

You’ll find two COOL places for creamy deliciousness at the Tanger Outlets, just over the bridge in Bluffton, SC. Grab a cone, dish or a roll of the sweet stuff in between shopping two great centers, featuring over 90 brands.

The Rolling Cow Creamery:

The Rolling Cow Creamery’s rolled ice cream is made fresh that day with wholesome, gluten-free ingredients and no preservatives. Every serving is rolled by hand. The Rolling Cow can fold any of the ingredients on our menu and combine them, or use them as toppings. And, if you bring your own alcohol, they make an adult “hard ice cream” (alcohol-infused).

5. Cinnamon Bear Country Store

The Cinnamon Bear is known for its delicious ice cream, generous servings, and free toppings. They are even allergy-conscious, so let them know, and you’ll be sure to keep your vacation running as smooth as their ice cream.
