Shelter Cove Community Park (old)
In 2014 and 2015, the old Shelter Cove Community Park was redesigned and moved less than half a mile southwest along Broad Creek to its new location directly behind the Shelter Cove Towne Centre, keeping the same name: Shelter Cove Community Park.
Below are photographs of the old park that will no longer be there by 2016.

All of festivals, including the popular Summer Jams that event that brought bounce houses, face painting and fireworks to the old park, will be moved to the new Shelter Cove Community Park the summer of 2015.

The Veteran’s Memorial, which used to be located right next to Shelter Cove Community Park, did not move locations like the park. It is still at 39 Shelter Cove Lane, northeast of Towne Centre and new park.
