Every Thursday from May 22 onwards, the two-hour dinner cruise will set sail from Shelter Cove Marina, introducing guests to the finest elements of the region. Think dreamy sunsets, up-close encounters with wildlife, and a culinary affair inspired by the rich Southern heritage of the Lowcountry.
A Taste of the Lowcountry at its Finest
Start your evening with a sampling of expertly crafted hors d’oeuvres, including:
- Petite crab cakes with a house-made remoulade
- Pimento cheese biscuits served with honey butter
The main event? A classic Lowcountry Boil, featuring:
- Wild-caught Carolina shrimp
- Andouille sausage
- Sweet corn and red potatoes simmered in an Old Bay citrus broth
