HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is a weekly celebration during the summer with live music & entertainment, arts & crafts, kids’ activities & Tuesday night fireworks. 2026’s Hilton Head HarbourFest will feature beloved Cappy the Clown, singer/songwriter Shannon Tanner, an island-inspired band & so much more family-friendly entertainment.
