Both locals and visitors to the island will find lively entertainment and delicious food Thursday nights at Shelter Cove Harbour.
Local musicians will perform at Neptune Statue, Thursday nights from 6-9 p.m. as the sun sets over Broad Creek. Shelter Cove restaurants will set up nearby offering food and drink specials during each concert.
For the remaining Thursday nights from 6-9 p.m., two featured Shelter Cove Harbour restaurants will set up in tents near the performance, providing a variety of light appetizers and drink specials. Bistro lights hang around the iconic King Neptune statue and provide a festive feeling and ambience.
“The visitor feedback is always fun to hear,” said Kelly Lloyd, marketing coordinator for Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. “The concept of a free outdoor concert in such a beautiful setting blows their minds.”
Entrance to the event is free and it will be held weather permitting. No coolers or outside food allowed. Limited seating is available. Please bring your own chairs. For more information about Music and Taste on the Harbour, visit palmettodunes.com/shelter-cove-harbour.php or (843) 785-6424.
