Pirate Punch recipe from Hilton Head Distillery
In the mood for a smooth, delicious, refreshing and not-too-sweet summer cocktail? Well, be a buccaneer and enjoy this rum and fruit juice cocktail. Pirate Punch calls for our very own Redlock Spiced Rum. Named after the infamous Jacquotte Delahaye, or “Back from the Dead Red,” this spiced rum is created using a hand-crafted blend of traditional Caribbean spices. Our spice blend is made in-house in our distillery, and cannot be found anywhere else in the world. On the palate, this rum is vanilla forward, with notes of allspice and nutmeg.
Pirate Punch Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Redlock Spiced Rum
- .5 oz. guava nectar
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. club soda
- Half of a lime
Directions:
- Combine rum, guava, pineapple and club soda in cocktail glass filled with ice. Squeeze juice from half a lime into mixture. Stir to combine. Garnish with pineapple slice, lime wheel and mint sprig.
