According to a representative from Dive Bar & Grille, the Hilton Head location will be owned by Jeff Brungo, Melanie Cummins, Clint Kuskie, Camilla Kuskie, Thomas Michael, and Gordon Judge. This impressive team brings years of experience to the table. Jeff and Melanie also own Brick & Barrel Cross Keys in Pittsburgh, while the other partners manage four successful Dive Bar locations in Pittsburgh and one in Maryland.

Tin & Tallow

There’s plenty of buzz about this burger in the Lowcountry. Since debuting, Tin and Tallow’s burgers have quickly become the most sought-after in the area. Michigan natives Tyler Bowdish and his wife Josi brought their culinary dreams to Hilton Head Island. Just over a year later, those dreams are now a reality.
Tin and Tallow Burgers officially opens its doors at the corner of Hwy. 278 and Spanish Wells Rd. on the Island’s North End, taking over the space previously home to Jarvis Creek General Store. The outdoor seating and TVs often steal the spotlight at this venue, but the interior makeover deserves just as much attention. The beautifully revamped indoor space was designed to give guests a cozy spot to enjoy their burgers, no matter the weather—warm in the summer and snug in the winter.
Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally, they offer craft coffee, beer, wine and botanical seltzers. Live music, jumbo tron with sports and special events.
