October 18: The Palmetto Quilt Guild will meet from noon to 3 p.m. at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club, 40 Folly Field Road, Hilton Head Island, SC. Guest Speaker is Bonnie Langenfeld, a fabric artist and teacher, from Eden Prairie, MN and Cape Coral, FL. She likes to create realistic fabric pictures using free motion machine stitching which is the key to defining and detailing her projects.
