The Coastal Discovery Museum will host Susan Kell on March 18 at 2 p.m., for this program on microplastic pollution in the Charleston Harbor watershed as well as share current research projects of the Weinstein Laboratory and the outcomes of their science communication efforts.
Kell is a candidate for a M.S. degree in Marine Biology at the College of Charleston. Her thesis research is focused on assessing the fate and effects of microplastics and tire wear particles in Charleston Harbor.
