Marina Mornings: Outdoor Yoga
Check in at the Hilton Head studio Tuesday and Thursday morning’s before walking a few feet to the pavilion. Among the beautiful boats and harbour, you will let go of any stress you may be holding, slowly move your body and calm your minds. That morning light, the breeze coming of the water, its a chance to appreciate our island and ourselves. This yoga practice is for everyone, all levels and all ages. When we say it is for everybody, all levels, we mean it. If you haven’t practiced in a while, if it’s your first time or you are a self proclaimed yogi, we hope you consider joining!
