Sundays 5:30-7:30pm and Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm

$900/team (which includes 12 jerseys) Or $625 (if your team has its own jerseys, NOT t-shirts)
Adult 5v5 basketball league for men age 18 and older. The league will be limited to the first eight teams to register. The team league fee will include a reversible jersey. Maximum number of players on a roster is 12. Please bring/wear athletic wear, basketball shoes.
Fencing

lowcountry fencers is an AAU insured member club. You must have an AAU membership to participate in your first practice. We are an Epee club but are open to fencers with Foil and Saber experience. Our club participates in both USAFencing and AAU tournaments plus the OnGuarde High School Fencing League.

Pickleball
Paying annual (calendar year) dues, and not the daily fee, are required to become a Pickleball member. Paid members will receive a silicone wristband which should be with you and visible each time you play to show you have paid.

Rock Steady Boxing
Monthly sessions

Rock Steady Boxing serves both men and women of all ages, and levels of ability for individuals who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Rock Steady Boxing improves motor function through intense non-contact boxing style exercises adapted for people with Parkinson’s. Rock Steady Boxing classes include running, bicycling, jumping rope, balance activities, stretching, strengthening, and non-contact boxing activities. Rock Steady Boxing is one of the leading treatments for slowing the progression of Parkinson’s. Come out and fight alongside others who understand living with Parkinson’s.
Brett Ratner has over 20 years of physical therapy experience and has been a Rock Steady Boxing head coach for 6 years. He is also a certified medical exercise specialist.
Please bring/wear: Gym clothes, Sneakers, Boxing gloves, and glove-style wraps.
Participants can purchase equipment through the instructor.
Community Yoga
Mondays, 7-8am | Ages 14+ | Island Rec Center, Rotary Club Gym | Free and Open to the Public!
Start your week off right with this free community yoga practice in the Rotary Club gym at the Island Rec Center. This is for all levels. No experience needed.
Fitness Director, Mike Treschitta will lead the practice, offering modifications for all positions.
Please bring: yoga mat, yoga blocks (if you have them) towel, water.
