Go on a guided exploration of the Coastal Discovery Museum grounds and its seasonal highlights on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. This tour will take you onto the board walks to explore the salt marsh and the many creatures that live there. You will visit the Karen Wertheimer Butterfly Habitat (seasonal), a carnivorous plant garden and the Heritage and camellia gardens (seasonal) to view some of the most relevant plants that have been used by Lowcountry inhabitants through time.
The Honey Horn Nature Walk is $10 for adults and $5 for children (ages 4-12). Reservations are required by calling (843) 689-6767 ext. 223 or going to coastaldiscovery.org.
