First Presbyterian Church Hilton Head Island will hold services throughout Holy Week, with worship services on Palm Sunday, April 8, at the 8:30 and 11 a.m. during which the Sanctuary Choir will present “Christus” by Mendelssohn. A contemporary service will be held at 9:45 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
On Maundy Thursday, April 13, a fellowship dinner is at 5:30 p.m., cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children, reservations by April 12, 2017. A service of worship and communion will be held at 6:30 p.m. Bring a canned good for Sandalwood Food Pantry.
On Good Friday, April 14, a Tenebrae worship service will be held at 6:30 p.m. There will be three services on Easter Sunday, April 16: a sunrise service at 7 a.m. in the church courtyard and traditional worship services at 8:30 and 11 a.m.
