Don’t miss the HHCS Choral Festival on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 24 Pope Ave., from 7-9 p.m. World-renowned composer, Paul Basler, University of Florida, will join Tim and the Choral Society, along with university and high school choruses from across the country to bring an exciting evening of musical diversity to our Lowcountry audience. Featuring Basler’s stunning Missa Brevis and Psalm 23, this concert will provide each chorus an opportunity to perform on their own before combining with the Choral Society Singers to perform the Missa Brevis under the composer’s baton. We are very excited to bring together multiple generations of singers and to offer them the unique experience of working with a vibrant contemporary American composer.
