January 18-February 2: Helping keep island neighbors warm for 28 years, Outside is gearing up for their annual Recycle Your Jacket giving event. Outside will be collecting gently used coats, sweaters and jackets for donation to The Deep Well Project, which provides emergency assistance to locals in need. As a thank you for the support, all those who donate will receive up to 50% off a new in-stock jacket at their flagship location in The Plaza at Shelter Cove, 50 Shelter Cove Lane.
“Outside looks forward to helping our neighbors in need with Recycle Your Jacket. We love doing our part to help the community that has supported Outside for over 40 years. It’s always fun to watch Outside jackets come full circle. Many customers will bring in their gear from the 1990s, still in great condition and trade it in for a newer coat. It speaks volumes to the quality of our clothing and gear,” shared Meghan Cline, Outside Director of Retail.
Specific discounts for new jackets will be posted on www.shopoutside.com on January 17th, 2020. To date, Recycle Your Jacket has collected more than 5,000 jackets for Deep Well. Locals helping locals, one jacket at a time. (843) 686-6996 or outsidehiltonhead.com.
