Choral Society Pops Concert – What’s a Pops? Friday, September 20, the Choral Society will present its annual Pops Concert. The term “Pops” may need defining for newcomers to the Choral Society programming.
First, rest easy, it’s not Rap or Heavy Metal, for sure. But for us Greatest Generationers and Boomers, Pops represents songs that last forever, make us hum while driving, and tunes that bring back a memorable time in our lives.
