This production will be the Lowcountry premiere of this Tony-nominated musical, straight from Broadway last season. Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, BIG FISH centers on Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest, and then some! But their son Will, about to have a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales.
Big Fish will be performed June 26, 27, 30 and July 1, 2 and 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Seahawk Cultural Center, with 2 p.m. showings on June 28 and July 5.
