The Heritage Library invites you to “Authors & Afternoon Tea.” On May 12 from 2-4 p.m., Keith Rushing discusses his book, Descended: Searching for My Gullah-Geechee Roots. Rushing weaves personal discovery with historical insight, tracing a lineage shaped by resilience and culture.
