July 18: Herbs and Art! There are so many fun, helpful, and surprising uses for herbs. From flavoring, to clearing negative energy, to medicine, to keeping away mosquitoes, and so much more. Come and learn about the many uses of herbs from Shelly Welch, the Director of Wellness at Moss Creek Community. Decorate a pot to start your own container garden for your home.
Minimum of 6 participants, maximum of 20 for all programs. Only registered paid participants will be admitted into this program. If participants are planning to bring a child, chaperone, spouse, driver, etc. they must also register. At least one adult must accompany each group.
Programs will be held in the Discovery Lab at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn. $15 per person (ages 10 and over). 5-7 p.m. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (843) 689-6767 ext. 223 or coastaldiscovery.org.
