The Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival will return for its 4th Annual Rhythm & Brews Festival on Oct. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The 2026 Rhythm & Brews Festival features an impressive lineup of more than 100 total beer, wine and spirit offerings, unlimited tastings, live music and the coastal charm of Hilton Head Island for one of the Lowcountry’s premier fall events.
Set against the beautiful waterfront backdrop of Shelter Cove Community Park, Hilton Head Rhythm & Brews offers attendees an unforgettable day of craft beverages, live entertainment and coastal charm. Rhythm & Brews offers something for everyone, all while perfectly capturing the spirit of Hilton Head Island, whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast, enjoy exploring new wines and spirits, or are simply looking for the perfect way to spend a fall afternoon with great live music.
This year’s Rhythm & Brews Festival will feature a headlining performance by local favorites Exit 8, adding their high-energy performance and decades of hits to an already unforgettable festival experience. The event is held in support of Ales for ALS, with every ticket purchase helping fund critical ALS research.
