The Big Ten on Hilton Head is holding the annual tailgate from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, October 9, at the pavilion at Honey Horn, with box lunches from Publix. All Big Ten alumni, supporters, fans and friends are invited to attend and wear their school colors. The speaker will Diana Sabau, Deputy Commissioner and Chief Sports Officer of the Big Ten Conference. Her role was created in 2021, making her the first Chief Sports Officer in the conference’s 125-year history.
Box lunches from Publix need to be reserved with the registration form. Registration deadline is September 24 to reserve a box lunch and confirm attendance at the tailgate. Cost is $20 per person for adults with box lunch, children 12 and under are free. Cost per person without a box lunch is $10.
