On April 2, 2016 Todd Ballantine, national environmental expert in conservation development, climate resilience and community education, will lead a guided interpretive tour through the center of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve from 2-4 p.m. that will include topics such as the history of the preserve, innovative efforts that led to sustainable preservation, reclaimed water, and what we can do to sustain the preserve as well as native lands and waters throughout Sea Pines. The tour will cover great events spanning the past 4,000 years in the preserve and will include a visit to the Indian Shell Ring. Reservations required. Admission is $15 per person.
