Since opening our doors back in January of 2002, there have been three items on our menu that have consistently been our most popular dishes year in and year out and will always be on our menu! Now is your chance to learn the secrets behind our most alluring recipes. Join Chef Trey in his kitchen for this fun hands-on class and learn how to create a Michael Anthony’s experience at home. After you have mastered the recipes, sit down with a glass of wine and your fellow chefs to enjoy your menu creations. MENU: Insalata con Gorgonzola, Pera e Pignoli – Baby Greens with Sweet Gorgonzola, Poached Pears and Honey Roasted Pine Nuts.
