June 15: The Cuisine of Campania! Campania is home to Naples, the gorgeous Sorrento Peninsula and the Isle of Capri where fresh seafood is abundant. If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento the focus changes from the sea to the earth and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs, dried pasta and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania that will become favorites at your dinner table. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
