Bring your beach chairs, fishing rods with your entire family to the 12th annual Lands End Woodland river Festival in Beaufort on Friday, Sept. 2, 2016 from 5-11 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. at Lands End Beach.
Friday is Caribbean Night with reggae and there will be an old fashioned fish fry and boiled blue crabs, as well as chicken dinners and chicken baskets available. Free admission Friday, with a $3 fee for adults on Saturday, for the all-day river festival. The Labor Day Weekend Fun includes authentic native islander’s food, live music and dancers, vendors, a Gullah storyteller, arts and crafts, kid’s activities, African drummers and gospel choirs.
