aka Hilton Head Island. Our beach villa is colorful, beach chic
and eclectic. When you rent this villa, you'll enjoy having
restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the beach within walking
distance. There is a fully stocked kitchen (utensils-pots-pans-dishes-glasses)
if you decide to dine in. There are TV's located in each bedroom
and living room, wireless internet and a stereo, all here for
you to enjoy. Take a short walk and you'll find yourself on

Amenities: 2 bedroom 2 full baths, central air and heat-ceiling fans-linens and bath towels provided-Just bring your beach towels. State of the art full size washer and dryer. Private parking in Island House lot.
Beds: Queen Size in Master Bedroom, twin beds in guest bedroom, inflatable bed available.
Entertainment: 3 TV's, one in each bedroom and one in living room, stereo with cd player.
Kitchen: Full kitchen, glasses, dishes, pots and pans and all cooking utensils are provided including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave.
Communications: Free local calls and wireless internet. (No 411)
Suitability: NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside villa. Small dogs less than 20 pounds are allowed-only one dog is allowed, non-refundable pet deposit of $150.00 is required. Dogs must be leashed while walking. Minimum age limit to renters is 25. Sleeps 4 - 5 comfortably.
Activities: The beach, pool, biking, golf, sightseeing, boating, shelling, miniature golf, tennis, restaurants, parasailing, swimming, fishing, cinemas, horseback riding, shopping, sailing, jet skiing, wind surfing, live theatre.
